    120 Hour Nursing Assistant Training Program Day 1 - Day Classes

     Attention

    FCCNA Nursing Assistant Student Catalog of Information

    Program Details:

    • 4-week format
      • Week 1 - 3 / 80 hours of Theory and Hands-on training and practice at our training facility. (M- F 9 am to 2:30 pm)
      •  Week 4 - 40 hours of Clinical Rotations – in nursing homes and long-term care facilities. (M- F 7 am to 3 pm)

    Placement Exam Required

    • Fundamental reading and writing skills in English are essential to be able to complete the program.

    Amount of Seats

    Seating is limited to 12 students.

    Program Fees:

    • $1100  ($275 to reserve a spot)

    The student can opt to include the Level 2 background check fee ($90), the BLS CPR fee ($55), the CNA Study Guide 2024-2025: CNA Test Prep Book, and Practice Exam Questions: [7th Edition] ($40).

    Extra Resources

    This book is specifically tailored to assist students in passing the written portion of the state exam.CNA Study Guide 2025-2026: CNA Test Prep Book and Practice Exam Questions: [7th Edition]. 

    You can add it to your registration for $40 and pick it up the day your class starts.

    Duracion: 4 a 5 semanas (80 horas de teoria, 40 horas de practica)

    Costo: $1100 - $1270. Se puede reservar un sitio con solo $275

     

    Descripcion:

    First Coast CNA ofrece clases en español de capacitación integral para Asistentes de Enfermería en Jacksonville, FL.  El programa de 120 horas combina teoría e instrucción práctica, proporcionando a los estudiantes las habilidades esenciales para el cuidado básico de los pacientes. El curso esta diseñado para prepararte en tan solo 4 a 5 semanas. 

    El programa, aprobado por el Departamento de Educación de Florida y la Junta de Enfermería de Florida, se divide en dos fases. Durante las primeras 4 semanas, los estudiantes completan 80 horas de teoría y entrenamiento práctico en grupos pequeños, asegurando una atención personalizada y un aprendizaje de alta calidad. La quinta semana se dedica a rotaciones clínicas, donde los estudiantes aplican lo aprendido en un entorno real, bajo la supervisión de profesionales experimentados.

    El costo del programa es de $1100, con una tarifa inicial de $275 para reservar un lugar. El balance se paga en plazos y se tiene hasta el final del programa para completar el pago.
    Además, por $170 mas, los estudiantes pueden optar por incluir servicios adicionales como la verificación de antecedentes penales, entrenamiento en RCP, y un examen de practica del examen estatal por computadora.

    Certified Nurse Assistant 2 day Exam Prep Day One (1) - Weekend Class

    This class prepares the students to get ready to challenge the nursing assistant competency exam in Florida. The class provides the student with an opportunity to learn/review essential materials and practice all necessary patient care skills needed to pass the written and hands-on portion of the exam. 

    *We strongly suggest you purchase the CNA Study Guide 2025-2026: CNA Test Prep Book and Practice Exam Questions: [7th Edition].  You can add it to your registration for $40 and pick it up the day your class starts

     

    Class Details

    --To register for both days, you ONLY NEED to register for DAY 1

    --Course Fee: $250 CNA Class only. (Includes FCCNA Textbook / a skills study guide)

    You can opt to include the Level 2 background check fee ($90), and or the BLS CPR fee ($55), CNA Study Guide 2025-2026-CNA Test Prep Book, and Practice Exam Questions: [7th Edition] ($40).

    Class Length:

    --Saturday and Sunday from 9 am. to 5 pm. Approx 16 hours (Time will vary contingent on the number of students in the class)

    Class Notes: This is a classroom-based course.

      Our Live Scan Fingerprinting service is offered 3 days a week, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

      Appointments are limited to 4 per hour.

      As of July 1, 2025, all* health care practitioners must comply with background screening requirements when applying for initial licensure or renewing their license.

      *Emergency medical technicians, paramedics, pharmacy interns, registered pharmacy technicians, and radiologic technologists are exempt unless applying through the military active-duty spouse licensure pathway. Fingerprint retention requirements do not apply to these professions.

      • Florida Driver's License or any State ID
      • Second Form of ID (i.e., Credit/Debit Card, Passport, Vehicle Registration, Bank Statement, School ID)
      • Your Originating Agency Identifier Number (ORI Number) - This number identifies the agency requesting the criminal history check and for what purpose.
      • If you are doing a background check for the Department of Health (DOH) or Department of Children and Families (DCF), please bring your background screening request and your screening ID.

      • This is a non-refundable fee. Once you register, we start the process to help expedite the progress of your Background Check. 

      PRICE: 

      • $55 to $95 depending on the agency requesting the Background Check and if you need to submit a picture with your application. 
      • $25 for a hard copy
