Our Live Scan Fingerprinting service is offered 3 days a week, on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.
Please refer to our calendar to schedule your appointment.
Appointments are limited to 4 per hour.

First Coast Live Scan is a registered Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FLDE) approved Level 2 Background check vendor providing background checks for all industries and employment.
WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU:
- Florida Driver's License or any State ID
- Second Form of ID (i.e., Credit/Debit Card, Passport, Vehicle Registration, Bank Statement, School ID)
- Your Originating Agency Identifier Number (ORI Number) - This number identifies the agency requesting the criminal history check and for what purpose.

SPECIFIC REFUND POLICY:
- This is a non-refundable fee. Once you register, we start the process to help expedite the progress of your Background Check.
PRICE:
- $55 to $95 depending on the agency requesting the Background Check and if you need to submit a picture with your application.
- $25 for a hard copy
DAY OF SCHEDULE:
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time to get any paperwork out of the way.

HOW TO RESERVE YOUR BACKGROUND CHECK TIME SLOT
From the drop-down menu, please select the profession / agency that requested your background check.
The code after the profession is the (ORI Code).You should have been given this ORI Code from your employer or agency prior to this background check. This is the Department Originating Agency Identifier Number, which tells the Florida Department of Law Enforcement the purpose of the background check.
